During the session, Beth will cover what to expect from the process, beginning with how to overcome objections to holding a remote trial. She also will provide tips for preparation, including camera set-up, how to prepare and utilize witnesses, jury selection and deliberation, and how to make compelling visual opening statements and closing arguments.
