Beth Bloom will present “Remote Video Jury Trials: Tips for Plaintiff’s Lawyers” on January 14, 2021, to the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. During the session, Beth will cover what to expect from the process, beginning with how to overcome objections to holding a remote trial. She also will provide tips for preparation, including camera set-up, how to prepare and utilize witnesses, jury selection and deliberation, and how to make compelling visual opening statements and closing arguments.
