Beth Bloom presented on Remote Video Jury Trials at Joint Session of WSAJ and WELA

On January 7, 2021, Beth Bloom will present “Remote Video Jury Trials: Tips for Plaintiff’s Lawyers” to a joint session with the Washington Association for Justice and the Washington Employment Lawyers Association. In this presentation, Beth will provide practical advice on how to adapt to and overcome challenges, beginning with getting to trial. She will also cover the importance of preparation – from the usual techniques to utilizing technology to make sure that the visual aspect of the trial is the most effective. Beth also will address jury selection, instruction and deliberation.
